Constantly accuse people of shoplifting AND THEY ARENT Open and close when they feel like it I have a chronic pain condition so times I have to use the whoosh service and 9x out of 10 they leave items missing and still charge me it's beyond frustrating. Whole thing should be shut down

Unfortunately my job has come to an end and I will no longer be travelling to Stratford. I would like to wish them all the best for the future.

Also fix staff , once I came at 22:58 and shop was working till 0:00, however staff told me that they want go to home and can’t anymore to service me and other people who tried to enter too.
