  Very disappointed with the pricing in this Tesco. The shelf labels are confusing and appear misleading. For example, a pack of six tomatoes was shown at £0.99, but here 4 tomatos cost is 0.99 This makes it difficult for customers to understand what they are actually paying for and creates unnecessary confusion. Pricing should be much clearer so customers can make informed decisions without feeling misled. I expect better transparency from a major retailer like Tesco.

  Very poor experience today 10/10/23 The card payment system was down,very poor attitude towards the customers,instead to close the shop and don’t waste the people’s time the queue was massive and when you get to the till to pay if you don’t have cash you have to live all your groceries and just go even if you were waiting for 30 min and the signs that the card payment wasn’t working was only on the self service machines VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR TESCO IN THE HEART OF LONDON

  everytime I am here the hermes parcel drop off is unavailable and it happens all the time
