  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received this morning at my local Tesco. As an autistic individual, I found the treatment I experienced deeply distressing. I attempted to enter during opening hours, but the automatic doors were locked. When I asked for assistance, an employee named Sonia provided hand signals but did not open the doors. She then lied to me, claiming that the doors operate via remote control for security purposes to screen customers. This was a blatant lie, and her disrespectful and discriminatory behavior was completely unacceptable. I expect Tesco to address this with their staff and ensure better training for all employees."

  what is it with the suspicion? Till was locked as I was trying to find my club card (less than 25 seconds) Indian Lady came over and started to point towards other items in my basket , insinuating I might be trying to steal them? Even though it would cost more to not put the other item in as it was a meal deal, store also has 2 big African security guards at the door, why 2? It’s a small Tesco are they trying to put people off buying from the shop? Because this is what they have done here

  I’ve been a regular here since January, but I’m done. I am sick of being treated like a suspect by staff and security every time I walk in. For months, I’ve dealt with being followed, stared at, and having my personal space aggressively invaded while trying to shop. It’s intimidating and insulting. My dad and brother shop here without any issues, so why am I being singled out? Security has a job to do, but harassing loyal customers isn't it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
