  This Tesco is nightmare.From 3 months every morning I’m waiting 10 to 15 minutes someone to come and open it,the working time it’s from 7:00 to 23:00 but always they are late in the morning.Never open before 7:10 7:15 👎👎👎

  I was served by Pra Santh. No management available. He said he is a manager when I asked to speak with someone in charge. He didn't provide a customer service for complaint and when I asked him what I need to do to make a complaint about service he said he didn't know as know one asked him to make complaint before. I came to drop a Evri parcel, he said the printer isn't working. I when back to print my parcel in a shop and came back. He then said the printer was working but we say yo customer the printer doesn't work when we cannot take parcel as there isn't any space. He wasted over an hour of my time sending me away to print and come back, instead of being honest. Majority of staff at this Tesco are unhappy and Unhelpful staff that want to send the customer away without help.
