  Terrible customer service on April 25 at 9:30 AM. I called for assistance three times, but the staff member (2 guys) ignored me and laughed. When a second colleague arrived, I asked for the manager and the name of the staff member who ignored me; they refused to answer and simply walked away. I wasted 10 minutes being treated with total disrespect and had to leave my shopping behind. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

  I saw reviews of the Indian lady behind the counter is notoriously rude. That is true; the other staff are fine; but the business seems to be not so good here because whenever I buy bread, the expiry date for even a Warburtons is 2 days whereas usually it’s 4-6 days.

  Some of the male employees have a serious hygiene problem, their body odor is extremely unpleasant and lingers in the aisles even after they’ve been gone for a while.
