  I’ve shopped here for years and not had an issue. But the manager they’ve had for over a year has terrible manners. I can’t imagine the staff can be happy under his leadership. He makes exasperated, rude expressions at customers, and generally makes the shop miserable to visit. I hope he is replaced, or I won’t be shopping there any more. Outside of that, good shop, security guards are top fellas.

  Poor customer service.Shelves are usually blocked with stock trolleys so you can’t get products you want.Also staff not nice.Heard one of them commenting on lady’s culture accusing her of being rude purely because she asked man kindly to keep an eye on her dog waiting outside while she pays for her items.What culture he meant? He couldn’t have guessed where was she from…

  Bought a tesco finest pizza here this evening, cooked it tonight and smelled rotten and tasted the same. Absolutely won’t be coming again.

  Worst experience ever! Asian lady with head covering and hace mask at the till was extremely rude!!! Disgusting behaviour from THAT lady I will remember for a long time! I tried to pay cash, but couldn't, because of error of your cash approval machines... P.S. It was my birthday, "thank you for making my day!" However, security man was very polite and helpful.
