  first I would like to start by saying I am a mentally disabled person and I have special needs that are not visible to the eyes. today I turned my club card points into a £2.00 voucher and I was happy to use it when I scanned the machine didn't update the payment for some reason. I had asked the person behind the till to help me and he was very dismissive and he did not understand what I was saying, he then called someone else to help but he didn't know what to do either and seems like he didn't understand what I was saying as-well. I then asked for the supervisor or someone higher up that can help me and that understand and I must say I am very appalled by this one supervisors behaviour he was not willing to understand what was the issue he was not giving me the benefit of the doubt that I had already scanned the voucher he told me '' there is something wrong with my phone", he was not listening to the problem that I was having because he then proceeded too help another customer out while I was standing there talking to my self basically his name was Menino. I find it disgusting that he was not hearing the problem that I was having considering he is a supervisor and one of his duties as a Tesco supervisor is customer service!!!!! HE DID NOT SHOW THAT HE HAS THE SKILL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! now I have to process this situation and probably have a mental breakdown of being so misheard and on top of me being autistic I now have to live with this for a very long time as my disability does not allow me to process things like a normal human being. he should be ashamed of what he did!!!.

  Good Tesco store, nice range of products although aisles could have been wider.

  Okay for the basics. Security guard there is sloppy and arrogant, don’t feel comfortable going there anymore. Will take my business elsewhere
