  I am very disappointed with the customer service at this Tesco branch. When customers ask for help, staff do not respond or even acknowledge us. There is rarely anyone available on the shop floor to assist. Most staff seem focused only on filling shelves, not on serving customers. Another major issue is the way some staff look at customers, as if we are there to steal something. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming shopping experience. Overall, the service is very poor and needs serious improvement.

  Small and quite expensive as they only stock the more expensive versions of foods, but it’s got the essentials.

  Called in yesterday in the afternoon and witnessed an elderly and frail gentleman with a rucksack being looked after by a lovely young woman cashier and Mr R the security guard who cheerfully helped him to put his rucksack back on. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names (my memory is very poor) but they know who they are!!!! I'll call in again because of your.
