  Lately we have stopped shopping here and started going to Sainsbury's instead. For about a month now, there has been an elderly security guard with white hair working at the entrance, and unfortunately his breath smell is unbelievably strong and unpleasant. Every time we walk in, it genuinely makes us feel sick. We now actually check first if he is there — if he is, we simply leave and go shop somewhere else. I understand personal situations can happen, but this is not a normal experience for customers when entering a supermarket.

  Sign up for clubcard in store today the sign says. Do it online they say in store. As expensive as M&S without a clubcard. Avoid this scamming shop

  The guy on the tills was talking to his friend/colleague instead of serving the people who were waiting. Zero customer service

  Incredibly rude security staff! Absolutely appalling behaviour with sainsbury's not far down the road, I recommend you take your money elsewhere!! Not worth the stressful.
