  This has to be the worst Tesco express ever! Went in on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened. All was ok until I got to the till point and staff member messed up then played victim saying it wasn't her fault that she messed up! Well of course it's your fault you messed up. She then messed up a refund and had to call someone else to take over. She then had the audacity to start bitching about me to the security guard on the shop floor. Speaking in their native language expecting me not to understand what they were saying - more fool her as I understood every word! Strong worded email was sent to customer service.

  Tonight I was threatened in the store by a customer, who had pushed in the queue, I didn't say anything to him, but he decided that he was going to say something to me, when I spoke back, he proceeded by saying that he was going to shut me up. I turned to the security guard who was busy on his phone and asked him was he going to let this customer threaten me, he looked straight through me, like I wasn't there and then walked to the back of the shop. I paid for my items and it took another gentleman customer to walk me to my car, just incase said abusive customer was waiting for me. Shocking the staff did nothing and neither did the security guard.

  Closes now at 10pm and no one bothers to update there website so if your disabled and rely on transportation and no one’s told you :(
