  I stopped by this Tesco Express to look for some chocolate bar for my sistesles and also tea. She wanted this Cadbury fruit nut chocolate bar that she said is very good. I was able to find it and they only had two left. So I got all of them here and the prices were very reasonable. I got other chocolate bars as well and went to look for some teas. I didn't find the London Fog tea here so I just got chocolate and soda. I used the self checkout station and the process was simple. They have a security person in the store and he was polite with me.

  Today i visited the shop and the indian till lady gave me wrong change, at first i didnt realize as i was grabbing my stuffs was about to go out but suddenly i realized she gave me 5 pound note return and some coins , i paid 20 and had expenses of 6 pound, i was like i should check the money ,i was right , i was short, i went back and asked it about her but she insisted that my bill was of 12-13 pound which is why i asked her to print my receipt and once she checked she was like oh sorry and gave me my change back only after i clarify that it was her mistake and showed her my wallet to proove it but bad luck for me, i accidentally thought my 2 pound coin in my wallet was also the change she had returned me so basically i paid 8 pound for 6 pound product, as a student i value each quid, also she doesn't even know how much she returned just 4-5 seconds ago which was in the screen btw , either she had done it deliberately or she cannot identify the notes and coind. As a person who has worked as a cashier, i know the importance of returning the exact change even if it tskes little extra time coz people sometimes dont count the money and they trust us. My question is why is tesco hiring such people? Atleast find people who knows how to identify coins and notes. I have applied to tesco so many times but never got selected but people like her is getting the job. What a disgrace. Well done tesco
