The produce section is tragic, and the drinks freezer has been broken for well over a month now. Management clearly doesn't care. A truly impressive display of how not to run a Tescalini!

As a regular customer of 18 years, I was dismayed to discover that the staff under these extreme heat conditions have to pay for a bottle of water. I only discovered this by asking are you ok?? Do you have enough water. So my 4 star review is for the staff, nil points for the upper management team who should be taking care of them.
