  Incident Time: 21:05 – 21:17 PM I am writing this as a retail management professional who also works as a part-time delivery driver. I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at this store tonight. As soon as I entered in my delivery gear, I was immediately singled out by a masked security guard. He aggressively demanded I leave my personal bag at the front. When I questioned this, he was dismissive and disrespectful. After leaving, I observed the store from across the street and witnessed clear selective enforcement of these "rules." The guard was only challenging delivery drivers and customers of color, while other demographics were allowed to enter with bags and face coverings completely unchallenged. Having a background in management, I know that security protocols should be applied equally to all customers. What I experienced was blatant profiling and a total lack of respect for hardworking delivery workers. I have the exact timestamps (21:05–21:17) for a CCTV review. I expect store management to investigate this individual’s biased behavior and ensure all customers are treated with equal dignity.
