  3 words Unprofessional Discriminatory and Poor lack of character and Passion. I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this Tesco branch. The staff here regularly treat customers with suspicion, making people feel stereotyped and watched like thieves rather than welcomed. Even this Manager African ethnicity seemed so unbothered to help and was very rude to me. Ive heard stories how this Tesco is so bad when it comes to customer service and passion. Even my 2 people i know a freind and a family member have been treated badly and say that manager is very unprofessional.Beyond the uncomfortable atmosphere, the staff are incredibly lazy and have zero passion for helping customers. I asked for assistance from a young looking asian with fair skin looking for an item, I was flatly told they did not sell the Coca-Cola cans I wanted. Instead of offering any help or suggesting an alternative, they dismissed me. I had to look around and find a mini-Coke can alternative entirely by myself.When I showed the employee the alternative I found, it was clear they simply couldn't be bothered to check or offer basic customer care. This store badly needs a complete overhaul in customer service training and a lesson in basic respect. Avoid this branch if you expect decent service. This store has completely forgotten what customer service is and the staff need some discipline and need to be more looked at for their secretive behaviour. Once a person steps into the store they are a customer and customer first not staff first. I think this store needs to start keeping an eye on the staffs mischief.

  Sufficient diversity of groceries with quite good quality. Perfectly fine for everyday shopping. Meal deal selections could be a bit more interesting.

  This Tesco store is very deceiving looks big but it actually doesn't have that much in stock. Last night I visited this store to look for Plenish Tumeric shots which they didn't have and I was looked up and down by both the security and store colleagues. After walking through the aisles after 3 min I left not buying anything. When I walked through the self service checkout (as that's the only way you can exit) one of the staff asked me if I bought anything, I said no and she then asked to look inside my bag which was from a different shop. Even the security guard didn't stop me because he could see on the CCTV that I didn't take anything. I didn't entertaim this nonsense and vacated the shop, As a black person I am disgusted the way I was treated as a clubcard holder was profiled on zero basis of evidence or truth. This Tesco is also located in a very homogeneous area so I'd say be careful when shopping here as the staff are prejudice. I wouldn't step foot in here again.
