False opening hours and terrible service. What a complete joke. This store is supposed to stay open until 11:00 PM, but when I arrived at 10:50 PM, the security guard immediately gave me attitude and told me they were closing. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay with cash at 10:56 PM, the cashier refused my service, stating he had already cashed up because he "wanted to go home." There is no point in advertising opening hours if staff stop providing service 10 minutes before the doors close. Management needs to look into this.

Lazy, dishonest staff would not let me in at 22:57 on 20/05/26 to make a quick purchase. The store closes at 23:00 and they are paid for their time. The presence of self checkouts means goods can be purchased in a matter of moments. People who work shifts depend on these shops to stay open for their advertised hours, and these fine margins are the difference between being able to buy essentials and not. Shameful.
