  On Saturday just gone, Zulia helped me find an item that I couldn’t seem to locate. She was incredibly kind, warm, and polite, and she went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I was very grateful for her help. Thank you, Zulia, for going above and beyond!

  I had such a lovely experience at the New Plaistow Road Express Tesco thanks to Suhasini! She is always so warm, welcoming, and friendly every time I come into the shop. She always greets customers with a smile and makes everyone feel valued. On my latest visit, she even complimented my Hello Kitty phone case, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. It's little moments like that that make a real difference. Her kindness and positive attitude brighten every visit, and she consistently provides outstanding customer service. Thank you, Suhasini, for always being so lovely and welcoming. Tesco is lucky to have you!

  I have been going to this Tesco since it opened, all the staff members seem to be very friendly and helpful But one particular security guard Seems to profile me every time I enter the store. I know that the security have a job to do but this Is really getting on my nerves especially that I earn more money in a day than what they get in a week.
