  My experience at this Tesco Express was extremely poor. A staff member named Alex, identified by his name badge, was openly rude and dismissive not just to customers, but to another member of staff. I witnessed him speaking to them in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. The attitude he displayed was unacceptable and reflects badly on the store as a whole. However, the overall experience was made better by a lovely lady at the checkout named Tracy. She was very polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which was a refreshing contrast to the behaviour I witnessed earlier. Her professionalism and kindness deserve recognition.

  I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my experience today at Tesco Woodgrange park station. I visited the store shortly before closing time and noticed a number of reduced products displayed on the shelves for customers to purchase. While customers were still shopping, I observed members of staff removing reduced items from the shelves and taking them away and they said that they buy for themselves. This is not acceptable at all and also recently the security guard also did same thing recently he purchased the chocolate before other customers buy he took and he said that he will buy this not to buy . This was very disappointing and did not feel fair. In addition, when I approached staff regarding the reduced products, some members of the team were rude and dismissive in their behaviour. As a regular Tesco customer, I found this interaction upsetting and far below the level of service I would expect. Reduced items should be available to customers when they are placed on display, and staff behaviour should always remain polite and professional. This experience left a very negative impression. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and ensure staff are reminded of Tesco’s customer service standards and policies regarding reduced products. I look forward to your response.

  Honestly the worst place to fill up, I only go there cos it’s local otherwise I would not bother. They ONLY have pay at pump which is absolutely ridiculous, the people working inside the store are all freshies who are very rude and unprofessional. What if someone doesn’t carry their card with them? How would they be able to fill up? Most people use Apple Pay and do not carry their cards with them everywhere, so lazy to make it pay at pump only. Just goes to show they do not want to serve the customers! Wish I could give 0 stars to be honest.
