  the atmosphere was good the service was good ... the oat milk had bits inside, the the hash browns was burnt same with chips. the 1 egg was undercooked the other was overcooked. i came back 1 hour later as I work in the area and my food was still on the table with flies on it.

  Very over priced. No skills from the chef. My egg came grey on the inside.

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Over priced! Poorly cooked. Chef needs training in basic cooking. Poached eggs were knackered. And scrambled egg was pathetic and looked it suffered a bad life!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CAFES.

  Be careful ordering hot drinks ordered a coffee and tea and were given them in plastic cups to drink in cups were hot unable to have coffee too hot when complained they were to busy some staff are just plain rude avoid unless desperate

  Very disappointed with the customer service I received today (7 July at around 10:00 a.m.). I politely asked for the sugar to be added before the ice because sugar doesn't dissolve properly in an iced coffee once the ice is in the cup. The staff member refused and simply said, "I'm busy," in a rude and dismissive manner. She then handed me my drink without a lid. When I explained that I needed to carry it to my car, she just said they didn't have any lids. The way she spoke to me throughout the interaction was impolite and unprofessional. When I asked for her name so I could provide feedback, she refused to tell me. It's disappointing to be treated this way over such a simple request. I hope the management addresses both the lack of customer service and the attitude shown towards customers.
