  I’ve been a regular here, and while the service remains excellent, I’ve noticed a decline in the food quality recently. The staff are friendly, attentive, and work hard, but the actual ingredients and preparation of the breakfast seem to have slipped. It’s a shame because the team on the floor is great, but the kitchen needs to step it up.

  Had lunch here, a jacket potato with chilli, and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. It didn’t arrive particularly quickly but I took that as a good sign! The cafe is spacious quiet, clean and tidy

  Visited on 21/09/24 (Saturday). Rude cashier, told breakfast would take 20 minutes and waited over half an hour. I had to ask for my receipt and ask to scan my club card. I know it’s not an easy job, but if the cashier doesn’t want to be there, find something else to do on Saturday morning.

  It's not our first visit to Tesco extra cafe. But the first time we were served by Jenny. Very pleased with the kindness of Jenny and customer service skills. Big thank you, Jenny!
