I have order a cheese garlic slice footlong they have prepared 6inch when I noticed and I asked staff then he told me that we don’t do footlong iam like okay idk I just felt there are rude and woman who work there shouted at me what do you want iam like I just want a coke omg those people are damn rude the other guy was just clueless when I asked him about the bag he said we don’t have it

I would like to make a complaint about my experience at the Twickenham Subway branch on 8 June 2026 at approximately 10:20 AM.
I ordered:
One Footlong Veggie Patty sub
One bottle of Fanta
Two Double Chocolate Cookies
The staff member serving me was working alone and was rude throughout the transaction. I was informed that the drinks machine was not working, so I requested a bottle of Fanta instead.
However, although I was charged for the Fanta, I was not given the drink. Because I was in a hurry, I left the store and only realised later that I had paid for an item that I never received.
I was charged a total of £10.04, which also included an additional £0.30 charge for a paper carrying bag.
I believe it is the responsibility of the staff member to ensure that customers receive all items they have paid for. I am disappointed both by the poor customer service and by being charged for a drink that was not provided.
I would like this incident to be investigated. Please also review the level of customer service provided at this branch to help prevent similar issues for other customers.
I have been unable to find a contact telephone number or email address for this branch. If customers need to raise a complaint or seek assistance, it is unclear how they can do so. I would appreciate being advised of the appropriate contact details for customer complaints.

arrived at the Subway well before closing time, at 6:45 p.m., even though their official closing time was 7 p.m. The staff told me they were already closed, which was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I expected better service and respect for their posted hours.”
