    I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the food I received. I ordered two Plant Patty footlongs for dinner (Order No. 888808903), and this was by far the worst Subway experience I have ever had. We specifically requested all salad and three sauces, yet the sandwiches arrived with barely any salad at all. It honestly looked as though the staff were deliberately trying to save the ingredients for themselves rather than serve paying customers. I wasn’t asking for extra—I simply expected what I had ordered and paid for. Spending £30 and receiving food that wasn’t even worth £5 is completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were dry, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the standard that Subway claims to offer. This level of service is disgraceful and shows a complete lack of care and respect for customers. This has been the most disappointing takeaway experience I have ever had. I feel completely ripped off, and my family had to order food from somewhere else because these sandwiches were simply not worth eating. I will never order from this branch again, and I certainly would not recommend anyone else to do so unless they want to waste their money and ruin their meal. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this store. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and for an appropriate resolution to be provided.

    I go in, legend working there says it’ll be 15 minutes because the meat is not ready, so I tell him we’ll be back in 15. Come back 25 minutes later the same guy tells me the veggies are not ready and that I should come back in 15. I tell the man that I was just there and he says you can order and it’ll be 10 minutes. He then begs us to stay but we were not putting up with that. Negative stars if I could

    I went to them 40 minutes before closing time and they told me if I order they won’t toast it for me so I left.

    The staff member physically attacked us and punched my partner in the head after we placed an order for a footlong. I politely asked for more lettuce and olives because he had only put a couple of pieces on and was being very stingy with the portions of everything. He then gave me a hostile and disgusted look, pointed at the five olive pieces he had already put on the sandwich, and acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I then asked for more sauce because he had barely put any on. He told me I could only have one sauce and that he would have to charge me for any extra salad if I wanted more. For anyone who doesn't know, the salad and sauces at Subway are normally included, and customers can choose as many toppings and sauces as they like. It wasn't about the money, it was the way he spoke to us and his nasty attitude throughout the whole interaction. At that point, I decided to walk out and signalled to my partner to leave as well. The next thing I saw was the staff member aggressively scrunching up the sandwich. He then came out from behind the counter and attacked my partner. We had to call an ambulance and file a police report. The whole situation was shocking and completely unacceptable. The staff member's behaviour was disgusting, and his overall weight, appearance and hygiene were very poor and disgraceful. I notice he also got a ring, poor wife had to come home n see this disgrace every day.
