  Great experience at Subway! The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. Everything was clean and the order was made exactly as requested. Really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this Subway to others. I’ll happily come back again! 🥪😊

  Amazing service at Subway Alperton! We went today there casually and the staff made the experience feel special by suggested great food choices and were very kind and helpful. Really good service and fresh food. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointing experience at Subway ealing Road. They don’t have a scanner to collect or redeem rewards points, which is already frustrating. What made it worse was the staff refused to give me the Cheese & Herbs baguette even though they still had 7 left in stock. Janvi said they were being kept for the next morning and that she had been trained not to use them or she would “get in trouble.” I even suggested preparing fresh bread for the next day, but she still refused. When I asked for the manager’s number, she told me the manager would not be available until next Monday, meaning I would have to wait a whole week just to get an explanation. I also found out they are using yesterday’s baguettes, which is unacceptable. Worst experience — being denied something that was clearly in stock makes no sense at all.
