  If you really want to grab a sub from this one, do not expect a sub made with love or passion, but with the contempt and undercurrent of hatred of an unsocialised person. I’ve been here a solid number of times and have not had a single positive interaction with any worker of this establishment. Every time I go it’s a different person but every single one has the attitude of a person that hates their life and holds you responsible for that fact. Whatever question they ask, they ask with disgust. Today the guy actually rolled his eyes as he lamely said ‘bread’…As in, what bread do I want? Clearly zero articulation or social skills but also clearly some kind of animosity towards me for some reason. Why roll your eyes? It’s abnormal behaviour. You give them the attitude right back but then wonder if you should’ve just passed them the number for Samaritans. I think today clarified for me that this branch is absolutely hopeless and I won’t be ‘giving it another go’ any time soon - at this point I’m just funding hateful incompetence. The franchisee needs to make serious changes or this branch honestly deserves to wither into non existence as it gradually alienates every customer through contemptible service. Definitely recommend if you want to experience a modern dystopian vibe tho

  Today we had visit here, we ordered beans and jacket potatoes with cheese. Staff VARSHIL made it, and it was very nice and very good service from him. Really appreciate. Thank you 💐

  Staff was rude according to google store closes at 7 but when i reach there for collection the staff told me to come early as they close by 6:30

  Mate why are the cookies rock hard and when I asked for a replacement once the staff (younger boy) was so rude as if it was his birth right to not give one. The second was hard so I asked for another replacement and got a white cookie instead and lo and behold it was literally hard as well. He said they were cooked in the evening as the reasoning. I should have asked for a refund (demanded one) but I hate being difficult and causing problems so I took the L but wow subway did not deserve my £1

  We went at 6.30pm as on google maps shows it closes at 7pm to find it was closed
