I came in for my lunch and the woman serving me, who claimed she was the manager, had a terrible attitude from the beginning. I politely asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and after asking a second time she clearly became annoyed and started squeezing tiny amounts deliberately. Then suddenly she completely covered the entire Subway in sauce to the point it exploded everywhere and became inedible. When I asked “what are you doing?”, she responded aggressively saying “you asked for more.” I calmly asked for the sandwich to be remade because it was ruined, but instead of apologising she became rude, gave me attitude and started shouting at me in front of other customers. When I asked for her name she refused and said “you don’t need it.” This is not customer service at all, especially when handling food people are paying for. The whole situation was unprofessional, embarrassing and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and having to find somewhere else to eat because of how horrific the experience was. Staff like this should not be dealing with customers.
