  Only downside is they like to be a bit stingy on the salad but if you ask them to add more they are happy to help

  I would like to inform you regarding the extremely unprofessional behavior of the staff member handling deliveries at your West Ealing London Subway. Back copule of day i saw attitude towards customers was rude, but his behavior towards delivery riders was even worse. He treated riders with disrespect, as if they were his personal employees rather than professionals providing a service. I have personally observed that riders are often kept waiting because orders are not ready on time. However, if a rider is delayed by even a couple of minutes, this staff member reacts aggressively, speaks disrespectfully, and uses inappropriate language. This double standard is completely unacceptable. Delivery riders play a vital role in your business and deserve to be treated with the same dignity and respect as customers. No employee has the right to humiliate or verbally abuse them. Such behavior seriously damages Subway’s reputation and creates a hostile environment for both customers and delivery partners.

  I love going to this subway! the food is always fantastic and they never disappoint. Parth was especially really lovely and had great service - he was very fast and kind! i really recommend coming here to anyone if you want fresh sandwiches and good service!

  I came in to get subways ( 1x nacho ranch, 2veg patties) The guy working "Parth" over charged me and said the total was around £29. I gave him £25 and he said pay the rest £4 by card. I paid £4 by card on a card machine which was a Revolut one (not the normal subway PDQ machine) . He didn't give me a receipt. After asking for a receipt, he said oh I've over charged you. (So if I didn't ask for receipt he wouldn't of said anything) And gave me £7 back. My total actually should of been £18.57. I had to leave in a hurry as I had my couple of months old baby in the car crying with my elderly mother. I rung back, and had no answer. they still owe me around £4. Make sure you'll check your totals befor paying ! They trying to scam money
