I love going to this subway! the food is always fantastic and they never disappoint. Parth was especially really lovely and had great service - he was very fast and kind! i really recommend coming here to anyone if you want fresh sandwiches and good service!

I just came in the store in the morning around 10:15 and it was so busy nearly 10 people in front of me but the guy named Parth manage everything well and he was super fast.He is polite and everyone having a smile on the face.Nice subway and clean.

Food and service was so Good and quick .Yash provides excellent customer service at Subway. He is always friendly, polite, and efficient. He prepares sandwiches carefully, keeps the store clean, and ensures customers have a great experience. His positive attitude and professionalism make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I came in to get subways ( 1x nacho ranch, 2veg patties)
The guy working "Parth" over charged me and said the total was around £29. I gave him £25 and he said pay the rest £4 by card. I paid £4 by card on a card machine which was a Revolut one (not the normal subway PDQ machine) . He didn't give me a receipt.
After asking for a receipt, he said oh I've over charged you. (So if I didn't ask for receipt he wouldn't of said anything) And gave me £7 back.
My total actually should of been £18.57. I had to leave in a hurry as I had my couple of months old baby in the car crying with my elderly mother. I rung back, and had no answer.
they still owe me around £4.
Make sure you'll check your totals befor paying ! They trying to scam money

I visited a Subway store recently and had a very disappointing experience while waiting for my own order inside the restaurant. During that time, a delivery driver came in politely asking about the status of his delivery order. The driver was calm, respectful, and simply requesting an update because he had already been waiting for quite a while in extremely hot weather.
Unfortunately, the employee named Parth behaved in a shockingly rude and aggressive manner toward the driver. Instead of speaking professionally, he immediately started talking disrespectfully and said things like, “Whatever you are waiting for will come in line,” with a very arrogant attitude. The driver remained polite the entire time and was only trying to do his job, but Parth continued being hostile and unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse was when Parth openly said, “I will not give you the delivery, do whatever you want,” and told the driver to cancel the order. He also used inappropriate language and bad words in front of customers inside the restaurant. Watching an employee behave this way at a well-known business like Subway was honestly shocking and uncomfortable.
As a customer sitting there waiting for my own order, it was very unpleasant to witness such disrespectful behaviour. Customer service staff should know how to communicate properly, especially with delivery drivers who are working under pressure and difficult weather conditions. There was absolutely no professionalism, no patience, and no basic respect shown by this employee.
Parth’s behaviour reflected very badly on the store and created a negative atmosphere for everyone present. Subway management seriously needs to address this kind of conduct because employees representing a major brand should never treat people in such a rude and humiliating way.
