  I’m not impressed with the service here. The lady that was serving me had her headphones in and was on a phone call. I had to ask her twice to modify my sandwich as she couldn’t hear me. When asked to use my rewards card, she said it’s ’not working’. Would not recommend this branch.

  Worker refused to leave his lunch to serve a customer. Waited for 10 mins, walked away. Shocking.

  Absolutely awful service. I came in to order lunch. Was the only one there. Suki the guy was making me sandwich when I decided to order two more. He got annoyed with me for ordering two sandwiches saying he got stuff to do in the back. I said to him my kids are at home was waiting for them to respond. He then proceeded to tut at me. I told him its not in my hands and u don't have any other customers but me, and had there been other customers there you would have to serve them too. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We all have work to do, no need to disrespectful.
