    Had to argue with Subway staff saying working guide dog was not allowed in the store. Disgusting behaviour form staff. Took the manager to come out and allow her to say but not the experience we'd expect in 2026.

    Went to this store for food and waited over 15 minutes before Mr Shawkat finally decided to serve me, as his Uber Eats and Just Eat orders seemed to be his priority. There was absolutely no customer service I wasn't acknowledged, kept waiting, and when my food was eventually prepared, I felt like I was being treated as less than a customer. His attitude came across as aggressive and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I'm sorry, Subway, but you've lost another customer. I will not be returning to this branch again.

    Responsible for the worst subway ive had in 20 years. Not one thing done correctly. Good luck to this branch the staff will need it lol
