    Been a customer for the past few months paying full price, and as soon as I started trying to redeem the points I've been accumulating so far, they have all kind of excuses not to respect their point system, for example, their system is not working, they don't participate in the promotion (even though the app said they do), etc. Truly disappointed and will never ever purchase again.

    Just got home. Happy to finally eat some subway with my boyfriend who is mildly allergic to Jalapeños. He did not order anything with them in but somehow received a sandwich with them in. Please make sure your work area is much safer and clean so things like this do not happen, it is a danger hazard and could have caused real damage to someone who has severe allergies.
