The evening staff 'Sim' was doing everything humanly possible to keep things running smoothly, even though she was basically working inside a slow cooker. I genuinely felt bad watching her power through that heat. Sitting inside felt like I was slow‑roasting myself along with the sandwich. Management, if you’re reading this: your team is carrying this place on their backs FIX THE AC. Your customers & staff deserve oxygen, not a sauna.
