    I visited this Subway store today at around 12:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was a queue of customers waiting to be served, but all of the staff appeared to be occupied with other tasks and no one informed customers that there would be a delay. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. When I was eventually served, the staff member was unfriendly throughout the interaction. After my 6-inch sub had been prepared, I realised I had a discount that could only be used on a footlong sub. I politely asked whether it would be possible to keep the same order but add on a footlong sub so I could use the discount. The response I received was completely unacceptable. Without any explanation, the staff member making the sandwiches rudely said, "I can't deal with difficult customers like this," directly to my face. I found this comment unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful, especially as I had made a reasonable request in a polite manner. Customer service was poor from start to finish, and the overall experience has left me unwilling to return. Management should take these reviews seriously and ensure staff are trained to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally

    Customer service very poor was asked twice what do you want by member of staff called Shefali. Coleslaw was off and tasted nasty. Was told there is nothing wrong with it and there clearly was

    The way they’re treating guests was extremely rude no proper service . For take away they’re not even giving bags is this how u treat the guests

    Pathetic subway ever, they’re never professional but I didn’t write a review here before, recently what they did was extremely rude, I was 9 months pregnant and we waited for our subway for 30 mins as they kept on having issues but when the subs were ready their till wasn’t working the card machine wasn’t working and in this time we said we will come and pay later whatever they need from us we can hand we had subway app too, the lady kept us waiting for about 40 mins and said we may go and she kept subs with her instead of compensating for the technical and service issues they were having. We weren’t at fault instead we waited for our dinner, I was so vulnerable after the entire day of being out and then only stopping by at subway to finally eat. The shop is also very disgusting 🤢 zero cleanliness, staff is unprofessional and food jars and barely clean.
