    We purchased footlong veggie delight and the man serving me refused to redeem the subway points on my purchase it's really shameful. I'm regular customer of subway and all the other store redeems the subway points and gives the discount but this was our unexpected experience.

    I purchased two foot long and I got subway points but the guy working there said they don't accept the points so I can't get any discount on my order . So what's the meaning of collecting points if I'm unable to use it .

    I’ve been coming to this Subway branch in Wembley Outlet for almost 10 years, and the team here are honestly amazing. They are thoughtful, hardworking, fast, experienced, and always very welcoming. What could be just a simple Subway order always feels like a genuinely nice experience because of the people working here. The food always tastes better when it’s made by this team — they put care into what they do, and it really shows. They are also very social, friendly, and knowledgeable about Wembley and the surrounding area, which is especially helpful if you’re new around here. A big thank you to the staff for consistently providing great service over the years. Truly one of the best Subway branches, mainly because of the people behind the counter. Highly recommended.

    Terrible service and completely misleading. I called beforehand to ask about their promo deal and was clearly told over the phone that they could do it. But when I arrived in person, they suddenly denied everything and acted like the promo never existed. When I showed them the exact number I had called — the same one attached on their website — they tried to claim it was the wrong number and even made up a completely different number on the spot. To prove it, I literally called the number they gave me while standing there, and it didn’t even exist. How does that even make sense when I had already spoken to the same staff members on the correct number beforehand? They were clearly just making excuses instead of admitting they were wrong. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional the entire time. No apology, no attempt to help, just attitude and lies. Massive waste of time and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend at all.
