  ​Disappointing experience. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Although there is seating available, the tables and chairs were left messy and uncleaned after previous customers. The seating area felt very cramped and congested. On top of that, the customer toilet was out of order, and there was a wet floor with no caution sign, posing a slip hazard. Given the higher London prices, the quality and service at this location are simply not worth it. Easily my worst visit to a Subway location.

  Broodjes leken totaal niet op foto en werden in elkaar gegooid maar was uiteindelijk nog wel oke. Bediende waren heel onvriendelijk en onverstaanbaar.

  Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Behavior ​I visited the Westminster branch today August 3, between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM, and I was shocked by the appalling attitude of the female employee working at the counter. ​She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and openly hostile from the moment we walked in. She kept giving us disrespectful looks, spoke to us in a very pushy and rude manner as if to rush our order, and even aggressively slammed the fridge door right in front of us for no reason at all. ​What makes this even worse is that the restaurant wasn't busy at all—there were only two of us and one customer behind us. There was absolutely no excuse for her awful behavior. ​Service like this completely ruins the experience. Management needs to address her behavior immediately. I will definitely not be returning to this branch.

  Ordered the 6" sandwich..with so little meat, it was about 2"...and expensive..no bathroom either...never again

  That wasn't the best service i had from Subway! I was simply not trated fairly with my payment! Funny how this sounds. I ordered footlong tuna in deal meal, £11.49 ish. At payment point as i was russhing the guy at the till whom i would never forget his face, noticed i have £4 offer on my app. Nicely he said you can activated, so i did but then I found that he made me pay £10 instead of £8ish. The rest goes well. Next time I will be careful with this branch! And to this cheky person at Subway, i will be visiting you again to ask gor my two pounds just for the fun of it! 😂😁
