I visited this location today (June 20th at around 10:30 AM) and experienced the absolute worst service of my life. The staff member working at the counter was overtly racist, refused to serve us, and went so far as to call me a racial slur (the N-word) in her own language.
On top of the disgusting, discriminatory behavior, there are severe hygiene concerns at this branch. The staff showed zero regard for basic food safety, cleanliness, or customer service.
To be subjected to hate speech and discrimination while trying to buy food is completely unacceptable. This employee is a massive liability, completely toxic, and needs to be fired immediately. I will be contacting Subway corporate to ensure this is handled. Do not eat here.
This is easily one of the better Subway locations I've visited. Its position within the retail park is a real bonus, with plenty of free parking available, making it convenient whether you're popping in for a quick lunch or grabbing something on the go.
The restaurant itself is spacious, with ample seating, and it's always clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Everything looked fresh and well-presented, which is exactly what you want when ordering a made-to-order sandwich.
On this visit, the sub was excellent—fresh, generously filled, and prepared exactly as requested. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided great customer service throughout.
Overall, a consistently reliable Subway that gets the basics right: good food, clean surroundings, plenty of seating, and excellent convenience. I'd happily recommend it and will definitely be returning.

The subway at Beckton Triangular park is the best I have found. Great customer service special that young short Asian girl provide best customer service.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway today (around 5pm, Sunday 17 May).
My family and I ordered a footlong meal and a kids’ meal. The complimentary cookie for the kids’ meal was stored in a box with several fruit flies around and inside it, and there were also lots of flies in the seating area. When we pointed this out to a staff member, we were told, “It’s summertime, this is normal.” That response was quite surprising and unacceptable. We asked to swap the cookie for crisps instead.
We also paid for cup drinks, but the Fanta machine wasn’t working. When we asked, we were only then told there was a fault and were given a bottle instead.
Before leaving, I spoke to a team member and asked for this feedback to be passed to the manager.
Overall, poor cleanliness standards and an unprofessional response from staff made this a very disappointing visit for my family. I hope this is taken seriously and improved.
