  Rude manager (Shreyesh)act like he is the owner of subway company 😅 but I know where you coming from and attitude is on high level this branch need better manager

  In my life i met worst workers They not response to anyone And im waited above 30 minutes for my order Very very veryy worst subway branch is called sutton branch everyone met this same problem in sutton..

  Have been a Subway loyal customer and support the brand. This particular branch though needs an audit or change of management because of poor customer service. I heard the staff make fun of their own gluten free bread while a customer had ordered it and was waiting for it to be toasted. The guy who was making it started engaging in banter with two teenagers who were commenting on tastelessness of GF bread. For the staff to engage in that conversation and play along while serving a customer with GF allergy was quite inconsiderate and downright offensive. Coeliac people deserve much better than ignorant staff of a reputed brand like Subway who make effort to provide GF options through their stores. The management/franchise owner here needs to be audited and fined if this is a prevalent behaviour.

  Worst subway I think I've ever been to.. Has sign outside advertising a sandwich they don't carry anymore. No oil and no vinegar, they didn't carry that either. So basically.. Bread, meat and cheese
