    I used one of the deals on my account at the restaurant when I scanned my app. This was accepted I saw this discounted amount come up on the chip and pin device. Just before I tap my card the young woman abruptly says this is an app only deal. to avoid an unnecessary issue I step away and reorder on the app. I then realised after paying I ordered it to the wrong store (I admit this part could have been avoided on my part). I tell her this and she says I have to order again to the correct store (even though now I’ve lost the deal. At this point I’m frustrated but it’s my fault that I ordered it to the wrong place. I order it again and she haggles me that I didn’t add extra cheese this time. A man who I believe was the manager intervened and said I can have it without paying for the extra cheese, nice guy. After I left the store and returned to work, I realise that the app literally says for the deal - SCAN IN RESTAURANT. All of this wouldn’t have happened if she didn’t wrongly make me reorder the whole thing so because of her I paid for 2 sandwiches, one of which was full price when I only should’ve paid about £4.50 but ended up spending over £10. I also saw the same lady wave someone away while doing something. Not great

    The lady was rude and told me to hurry as they have online orders and it was only myself in the store. I suggested her colleague should attend to it she told me he’s on a break. When I asked why she was applying the vegetables very minimal she asked if she should pour the whole sweetcorn on my sandwich whilst holding it over my sandwich. This was rude but I ignored. Terrible

    This a very bad Subway I had ever seen before. The staff was always angry without any reason. The lady was so rude she said do it online, do it online even though in app show can apply for all restaurants in the UK. Plus, the big guy was very angry and speaking very loud like he just came from where 👎👎👎

    I had a very bad experience in this restaurant this the worst subway ever the guy and the lady was very rude. I had an promotion code with 30% in every subway restaurant but they don’t want apply it for me . Please walk away from this restaurant if you don’t want a bad experience like us 👎
