An exceptionally customer-hostile Subway. I visited at around 8 p.m., although the branch was advertised as open until 10 p.m., and was told that I could only order takeaway because customers were no longer being allowed to sit inside. Apparently, the advertised opening hours do not include the right to use the dining area. When I returned two weeks later, I discovered that more than half the tables had been removed. Only three were left in the entire large premises. The space where customers could previously sit had instead been taken over by three bulky self-service screens — all of which were out of order. So this branch has deliberately sacrificed most of its already limited seating for unnecessary machines that provide absolutely no service whatsoever. It is a small, rarely busy Subway, not a crowded airport terminal. There was no conceivable need for three ordering screens, particularly at the expense of the customers’ only reason to remain inside. The staff still ask whether you are eating in or taking away, which now sounds ridiculous. A single group can occupy most of the remaining seats, leaving everyone else to carry a toasted sandwich around until they find somewhere else to sit or get home, by which time it is cold.

These people don't fill the salad properly and very less amount, they put very little sauces, the service and hygiene are bad. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

This review is for the franchise owner, and bares no reflection on the always professional approach that the workers have always shown towards me. I have the subway app, and after a very long time I had enough points for a footlong. My intention has always been to save the points until I have enough for a free footlong. When I tried to claim that at your branch on Friday 20th February, I was advised that the franchisee’s “policy” was to only allow £3 off at a time. Which doesn’t exactly help me when a footlong is £8.75 and I didn’t have any money on me. The fact that this is the franchisee’s “policy” and not subway’s as a whole, I find outrageous. My question to the franchisee, is what is the point of the Subway app if you’re unable to use it in the way that you want?
