Terrible service today. I ordered a Veggie Delight, but no sauce was added and the sandwich was barely prepared properly. I also bought hash browns and wasn’t given any sauce for them either. I was charged full price for an incomplete order. Very disappointing experience.

Worst sandwich I have ever had from Subway so far is from this branch, Didn't even cared to heat the plant patty , nor bread , nothing was warmed up, no Sauces at all, and only 2 salad. First of all, on google maps and app it shows they are open until 5AM, so I went there and they said it's open only for online orders from Uber, deliveroo, So I ordered online from Subway app, and this is what I got sandwich without any sauce , hardly any salad, and very cold bread and frozen patty as it is.

Customer service - extremely bad Staff name: Tharunnam , sorry seems like that but I didn’t see the name exactly So she is the one first on tills we visited first time to the store so obviously we get some questions in menu we asked her but she answered very very rude and showing much attitude towards customers even one seen one old woman asked something and the way staff girl answered bad with facial expressions , so this is not good at all Also I ordered the food she gave me the worst food I never ate this type of food went to Ascot I went to some other places their customer service and food everything good Customer service is really bad

Hi, I visited Subway today and faced issues with the team members named Trannum and another boy working there. Their response and customer service were not proper and really bad . I don’t know may be they trained like that ?? Or simply attitude. When customers visit the counter, staff should explain the menu and options clearly, especially when customers ask questions. However, they did not respond properly or help us in a respectful manner. I hope you will look into this matter and improve the customer service experience at this branch.(Hounslow)- On 29/5 Thank you.
