  They have zero awareness of allergies. As a coeliac, I am aware that subway is a reasonably high cross contamination environment, however there are limited options in the Excel in terms of gluten free. When I was ordering I asked the person to change their gloves as I am coeliac. He did change his gloves and then immediately after proceeded to push normal bread into a hole before touching my gluten free bread. Then touched my gluten free bread and as there are about 6 employees there he moved it to the next employee when really one person should change gloves and quickly do mine to reduce cross contamination. After 6 people had handled my sub, none of which had changed their gloves, there were crumbs all throughout my sub, therefore I could not eat it. Subway should do better. I have been to many other subways where one person has changed their gloves and then quickly done my whole sub before touching bread again, this should be replicated here. Seems like they do not care about allergies at all.

  £5 for 7 soggy waffle fries. A complete rip-off and has put me off Subway for life.
