  Terrible parcel shop experience. The store is listed online as being open 24/7, but parcel services apparently stop at 5pm. I arrived just a few minutes after 5pm and the staff member refused to help, even switching off the parcel scanner in front of me rather than assisting. The service was unhelpful, dismissive and lacked basic customer care. If you’re using this location as an Evri parcel shop, be aware that the advertised opening hours do not seem to reflect when parcel services are actually available. Would not recommend and will be using a different parcel shop in future. I suggest reporting them to Evri/ any other courier service they provide at this location - state name Sharma. His customer service is terrible clearly on a power trip.

  REPORTED TO EVRI. Never accept your return packages to this drop off point at all as they keep it and even tough you have proof of delivery of your packages somehow they never able to find and give it to you. Absolute non-sense. Dont use any service here at all.

  There is a lady working in this shop who's not trained properly and doesn't know how to behave with customers. I'm a regular customer in this shop and most of the time I find her busy talking with her colleagues at the back and doing nothing. I always pick-up and drop-off my parcels in this Spar as its the only option left for me. About todays experience (5th June 2024) it was disappointing as she started shouting on me saying I was rude! And on the other side I was waiting for someone to assist me to scan my return parcel. There are people standing on the 1st till and whenever I ask them to assist, they reply “wait for my colleague” where I can see their colleagues are talking and laughing at the back. Do you not think thats rude and unprofessional? The lady clearly saw me scanning the QR code but still decided not to come to serve but finish gossiping instead, was she really working? All I was doing is staring at her and waiting, then at a point I asked “can I return my parcel, please?” And she came out from the back shouting on me saying “you cant be rude to me”. She also mentioned I did not say “please” which clearly describes she is not trained enough or has hearing issue. The experience was really disappointing and I'd seek the managements attention. I had to write this just to point out her behaviour as she had 0% patience and no manners at all.

  Received an email saying my parcel had been collected when it hadn’t been, I got the email out and my brother said to the one with glasses ‘you might have given the parcel to the wrong person’, was not in a rude tone and the man absolutely lost it on us, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional which of course made us angry. He then refused to even look at the email and I had to read it out to him, whilst he continued shouting and treating us like fools. Don’t send your parcels here because you’ll deal with pure idiots like him who lack manners or ability to do their job.
