I was charged £10 for 6 tomatoes yesterday evening. Cashier bizarrely attempted to justify that “all items are very expensive” in the shop rather than accepting the error. Had to request receipt from manager (printed at the back of the store) and was eventually refunded. What a ffaff- I’m a regular but won’t be coming back!

They sell old products, when confronted they deny anything even in front of their eyes. Not good.

Out for the day ,and looking for some to have a coffee and bit to eat,and found this place , this is a good place ,we had a coffee and sandwich .I must say that the sandwich and coffee was great ,and to seat at a table and see the world go by,the only thing is there is only 3 tables and chair out side .the shop had a lot inside to buy ,may be next time will spend a bit of time looking at all in the shop. And it's a short walk to Primrose Hill, with great views of London ,will be back for coffe and sandwich :)

I had an awful experience today (26th of February 2027) there. It ruined my day and left me shaken.
I went in to buy a lemonade, tapped my phone to pay. I headed out only to be chased down regents street road by the same shop assistant lady who barely acknowledged me when I paid. She shouted at me in the street that I did not pay and I need to come back. In the shop there were already two people in line but the same shop assistant insisted on scanning the lemonade again for me to pay which another lady who was there in front of me erroneously tapped her card therefore paying for it. I insisted on being given a 'decline recepti' which the shp assistant could not produce. I also checked my bank app which confirmed that the payment has gone through also I had a notification from Google wallet. The shop assistant completely ignored my receipts that I paid shouting at me that the other custkmer paid for me. I asked for manager and she quickly started telling him that another lady paid for my drink. ( a £3.35 fentimans lemonade). I had to explain and show my receipt again to the owner to prove myself right with a shop full of bewildered customers whilst the shop assustant contjnued serving the cue as if she has done nothing wrong.
Its beyond belief how poor the customer service is there despite the shop being ridiculously overpriced. I shopped there for years but I will never return after this
The owner kind of apologised as he was keen to have me out of the shop. The apology however must have come from the very rude shop assistant who behaves as if she owns all the regents street shops and politeness and courtesy is below her. I will be making a complaint
