  Hi there, I just wanted to share my lovely afternoon tea experience that I had this past Sunday. Everything from the service to the food and the tea was extraordinary. It will be a lifelong memory that I remember forever. I always wanted to do afternoon tea in London, and this was perfect also not overpriced compared to some of the many other afternoon teas in London, the decor was also stunning all around the hotel. I also wanted to give a sincere apology as I did make a mistake/mishap, I did not realize the cucumber feta scone was a semi fresh item. I thought it was something that was all baked together and a dry item, and thought what was presented to me initally was some kind of cucumber sandwich, so I mistakenly thought that I did not receive it but then later when I opened the box that was given to me of the packed additional savoury scones because I thought I didn't get them initially from the restaurant, I realized my error then. I am so so sorry for accusing in any way my servers of not giving me that item. When in fact, I did have that item, perhaps if I showed someone my photo that I took when the afternoon tea came out then this mixup could've been avoided, but it is what it is. Please give my sincerest apologies to my servers that served me on Sunday feb 8 at 2:30 PM. They were both lovely and fantastic and I do not want them to get any fault for my error or think that I lied to get them in trouble, it was an honest mistake. As someone who's worked in client service for over a decade, I truly value good service experiences which they gave me and I always want to make it right if I'm in the wrong as I never want anyone to face consequences for my mistakes. Also, thank you to the manager that day who was so sweet and kind and put me as a customer first to despite me being wrong and also for taking lovely photos of me and packing me extra scones to go. I hope to come again for this afternoon Tea in London in the future and I would recommended to anyone! ❤️ Miss A. Sufi

  I’ve been going here for years and it never disappoints. The food is great, and the service is always five star. The cocktails are original and impressively created. Trey is particularly knowledgeable and puts together bespoke recommendations and drinks very well. These are the best martinis in London out of all the martini bars around.

  This might be the nicest place I’ve visited in London so far, the coffee is good, the atmosphere is lovely and the staff were very kind.
