- SWSimon Wear1 day ago2.0I think it's really naughty that there is an automatic service charge to the bill which I think was 14.5% and then you are handed the machine with the screen with 4 additional service charge amounts. They are trying to sting toy twice. I think it's incredibly poor form to treat customers like this. Be careful.

Our waiter Luis was absolutely amazing as are all the staff who are incredibly attentive. Great value for money and would visit again!

We arrived 10 minutes late but made it perfectly clear that we were happy to leave at the original set time we had our table until. First of all, we asked for a top up of our starters whereby the waiter said that he would bring the starters and then follow with the mains. We received one of the starters, and then mains were brought out before the starters had finished coming out. Drink top up was very slow, and almost felt like we wasn’t asking too much by asking for a top up. Brought a cake with us, which we were told that we would have to pay £7 per person to eat it in the venue, even though our bill totalled over £500. Shame about the service because the food was very tasty.
