  Forhan was our server and we honestly had the greatest time it was my birthday and BECAUSE OF HIM HE MADE IT THE BEST .Definitely will be back amazing food and the best service

  We have ordered the “Premium Teishoku Menu”, costing £49.5 + 12.5% service charges. That’s the portion you could see for a table of four. The steak is so tiny, it is certainly less than 6oz. The server is keep urging you to make the order. Asked 3 times in only 5 minutes, while one of our friends hasn’t arrived yet. The whole restaurant is very noisy. You will never hear what the one next to you is talking about. Worst place for business or friends gatherings. Won’t suggest at all!!

  You can't possibly have a relaxed dinner here. The music is so loud it feels like eating in a techno club, and I had to lean across the table the whole time just to hear my partner. The food was good, though not great, and honestly it's hard to say how much the loud atmosphere affected my impression.

  Roka canary wharf customer service was brilliant. Very attentive of our needs and was always on point with everything. We went on a Sunday for brunch and I called up a day before arrival if there was any halal meat served, the receptionist put a request/note on our booking so waiters were aware of our dietary needs. The chicken was halal on that day. Food was above standard, the bottomonless starters were great but unfortunately the main was bit of a let down, it was dry and bit too hard in some places, luckily the dessert was lovely. I have been to aldwych branch and I felt that that branch had way better quality of food than canary wharf. The atmosphere is loud and little bit rowdy, bit difficult to have a conversation with your group. Overall great.

  Worst experience ever. last saturday. one of the waiter a tall man with a beard was very rude to my table. My partner lifter her plate closer to the waiter when he was serving soy sauce and he told her “ put it down” in a very rude and with a nasty attitude when all my partner was trying to do is helping him as he was far away from the plate. He then never came back to our table to check on us or take our mains orders even though the table was full of empty plates. I spoke with a lady manager and she then took our order and took care of the table. 5 minutes later the guy comes back as he was told off by his manager and comes home with a confrontational attitude saying “what do you want now? you let her right? then do u want something from me?” then after saying no, he left. I complained about his attitude to a different manager at reception and I got 20% discount which i appreciate but the experience has gotten ruined by that one waiter. giving a discount is a nice way to calm down customers i agree but training your staff or even firing is something that needs to be done if you want to stay in business with high rate reviews.
