  The Dining Room - the team at RH and the manager Daniel made my convocation day (EMBA from London Business School) that much special. Their service, attention to detail and overall friendliness made me feel so welcome. I felt like I was being hosted in my own home! Most times when you travel to different countries you may notice a change in service quality and London is not known for its warmest service. I've been to RH in San Fran and Toronto and I can say the service here was intentionally consistent! I felt very welcome and looked after! RH is known for premium decor and room staging (inspirations) but the service/people is what takes it from just another new London store to something special. Being someone who is particular about restaurant ambiance, notices bad service/food quality, my expectations on dining experiences are quite high. But I can say wholeheartedly that I would recommend this place to friends, family, clients and coworkers. Congrats on the opening! Cannot wait to visit again.

  After hearing that RH London was opening, I had been looking forward to trying the food, especially after liking the restaurant at RH Guesthouse in NYC. The service and ambiance were amazing, and the space itself is really beautiful! Emily, who served us, was especially kind, attentive, and really understanding, which made the experience feel much better overall. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing, especially for a first visit. The grilled octopus tasted overly burnt, with quite a strong charcoal flavour, and some of the other dishes felt a little underwhelming. The lobster roll, for example, barely had any sauce, so it came across quite dry and lacked the flavour I was expecting. After we mentioned the food to Emily, she was incredibly understanding and deducted the dishes from the bill without us even asking, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Overall, the setting and service is a 10/10, but the food didn’t quite live up to the excitement or the standard I was hoping for. I’d still be open to coming back, as it may have just been opening-day teething issues, but I hope the food improves to match the beautiful atmosphere.
