  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing service. I had to wait a long time for my order because there was no response to the delivery riders. The lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Customers deserve better service and timely updates. I hope Papa John's improves its coordination with delivery riders and customer support to prevent this from happening again.
