Saw a staff member smoking outside, then go straight inside, put on an apron, and start making pizzas without washing his hands. Very unhygienic and concerning when handling food. Management should address this.

Failed to deliver 3/5 items on the order, including pizza and a dessert. The driver said he simply hadn’t been given them. From other reviews on here, it seems as though this branch has a habit of missing items - definitely avoid

Worst service I have seen ever, staff very arrogant specially one lady wearing burka, they don’t have manner how to speak to customers and delivery drivers and also food quality is worst. I’ll never buy papa john’s pizza anymore, worst experience ever
