  They are advertising “big price cut” while they raised their prices for a pound and removed authentic thin crust option. That’s enough for me to never order from here ever again. I also never got extra topping(s) I paid for.

  Pizza looked terrible, delivery was without full order - when I called them to get them to send another out they just hung up on me. Zero care for customer. Avoid this branch.

  I visited the restaurant at 21:45 on 16 March 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Instead of attending to customers and doing their job, some of the staff were playing PUBG on their phones while on duty. This made the service extremely slow and unprofessional. When I tried to get their attention, the response was rude and abusive, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment. Customers come to a restaurant expecting respectful treatment and proper service, but that was not the case during my visit. Restaurant staff should focus on serving customers and maintaining professionalism, not playing games during working hours. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that staff behave respectfully and prioritize customer service in the future.
