  Staff always talking on the phone while working using fhe airpods, always delays in the orders and really a big question mark about the team there , Papa johns management are also responsible for this for choosing to hire with low salary and offer this horrible service, not recommended at all

  Very disappointing experience. I called the shop three or four times, but the two ladies working there completely ignored my calls. When I eventually asked them about it, instead of simply saying sorry or explaining what happened, they spoke back to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. I understand that people can be busy, but there is no excuse for ignoring a customer and then speaking to them disrespectfully when they ask what happened. A simple apology would have made a big difference. I hope the owner or manager sees this review and speaks to the staff about how customers should be treated. I would not expect this kind of customer service from a professional business.

  Ordered via Papa John's website, not 3rd party sites at 19:28. 2hrs later no pizza, called the branch. Lady was unhelpful offered a free bottle drink if we come to pick it up. Follow up call and they say they have no drivers. Asked them to cancel the order. They would have just sent out a cold 2hrs old pizza and been happy with it. CBA with that. Ordered from Pizza Hut instead, at our door within 35mins

  Reena made my pizza. She is the best. Always polite and attentive.
