  Ordered via deliveroo. Failed to provide the special garlic dip which in my opinion is the highlight of papa johns. Two tubs ordered and none delivered. The pizza base also tastes and feels different. More crisp and less doughy than it used to be which is no longer enjoyable. Sadly I won’t order again

  Papa Johns Ealing is a solid spot for fresh, tasty pizza. The team here is polite and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust was cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes were generous. They also offer good value deals, especially for lunch. The store is clean and easy to access. Overall, a reliable place for both collection and delivery

  The staff is very professional, helpful and hospitable. Vijay who works in the West Ealing branch provided fantastic customer service when me and my sister went to order a pizza for collection. We wanted a half and half pizza which he said was feasible and made a very delicious pizza for us. It was delectable and I would definitely recommend Papa John’s to all my friends and family. We also ordered cheesy jalapeño bites which were mouthwatering. 10/10!

  Ordered two large pizzas. Papa Johns failed to pass on the delivery note to the driver so the pizza was left on the street. As well as this, the pizza was supposed to be a half and half but they didnt bother. Consistently really poor from here

  Wanted to love this. Large stuffed crust, custom toppings, sounded great on paper. What arrived tasted like nothing but cheese and salt. No crispiness, no depth, just a soggy base buried under a blanket of melted cheese. To make it worse, several toppings I paid for were missing entirely. £22 for an order they couldn’t even get right. The stuffed crust was the only redeeming feature. Not ordering again
