  It was a very hot day and the waiting area of the shop was so hot I had to rush to go to my car to wait for the pizza to be made. Other than that the service was good, the lady was very helpful and the pizza tasted great.

  Absolutely love waiting until the early hours of the morning for food that dosnt arrive, and a customer help line that dosnt get answered so I can be essentially robbed by a dam pizza place and not get help

  I ordered a pizza on Sunday 8th March didn't receive it, called as soon as I realized it wasn't going to be delivered. They then said they couldn't do a refund, the following day the manager would pick it up. I waited all week, and nothing has been done. They had the audacity to offer me my delivery 5 days later with a complimentary drink, because they are unable to do refunds. What business isn't able to do refunds. I had to submit a ticket online to then see when it gets picked up and refunded. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

  The most unreliable pizza delivery in Balham. They’ll tell you 30 minutes delivery but like others we were waiting nearly 90mins and had to call twice. Arrived cold and missing sauces that we paid extra for. Save yourself the heartbreak and go to Dominos.

  I Ordered Vegan Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy bites but received pork pizza with broken Cheesy Bites Which costs me around £30 of that order and threw all in the Bin I haven't got my money back waste of time with money
