  Really bad - just use a local pizzeria. Gonna try and get a refund as it’s been 70 minutes

  Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivery arrived with a side missing. Called them and they said they were sold out, but could deliver the side tomorrow - a ridiculous suggestion. Then lied, claiming they’d called numerous times to offer an alternative, when no phone calls were received. Refused to give a refund, saying I have to go through the website. Then opened the pizza box to see they’d missed one of only two toppings I’d selected for a custom pizza. No apology offered when speaking to them on the phone. Don’t order from them.

  I’ve been buying.pizzas from papa for two years plus. I’ve arrived tonight to find that the new policy is £14 pizza or nothing. I won’t be calling again. Why can’t I have. Smaller Pizza ? No brand loyalty.

  I'm not going to lie, I looked at reviews after I had placed my order, and they weren't very favourable. It was creeping up to an hour by the time I decided to phone and see where my food was, but then..... yippee, the doorbell rang and my stomach was saved. I have no grumbles my vegan works pizza, vegan ben & jerrys ice-cream and bottle of pop.😋 They even sent me a sorry, we kept you waiting email with an offer for next time. I usually order Domino's but I will give Papa Johns another go.

  It was a very hot day and the waiting area of the shop was so hot I had to rush to go to my car to wait for the pizza to be made. Other than that the service was good, the lady was very helpful and the pizza tasted great.
