  I love the afternoon tea and the Langham They had their seasonal strawberry theme afternoon tea They served strawberries with cream first We had our delicious sandwiches Followed by a strawberry homemade ice cream which was Devine. The scones and desserts were heavenly I love that you can change your tea with each course so you get to try different flavors of tea which is my favorite part about it. Highly recommend

  We were made to feel very welcome and all the staff were so pleasant and happy which is so important for creating a good atmosphere. The food was exceptionally good and it was so nice to be offered more of those delicious sandwiches. This was the first time we’ve had the courses served in separate stages rather than all at once on a three tier server and must say that we preferred it that way. The tea choice was very good and plentiful and was served very nicely. In the background, the pianist played beautiful tunes the whole time we were there. We have had afternoon tea at most of the London hotels and recently at Raffles hotel in Singapore - all extremely good but this was the best.

  What an excellent experience. The service from the hostess and our Server Kyvun was so diligent, welcoming, and attentive. The tea was delightful and such a wide variety to choose from. The sandwiches, cakes, scones, and ice cream were all fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious. My mother and I were on the gluten free menu and it was just as delightful as the regular menu. The strawberries were a stand out and tied everything together so wonderfully. We mentioned we were here from overseas for our brother's wedding and got such delightful little surprise treats brought over. To top it off we were one of the last tables in for the afternoon and got to sit a truly enjoy the pianist as he finished for the evening. Taking our song request to round it out. 10/10 would recommend to everyone to try when you're in.

  Brought my sister here for afternoon tea as her birthday gift. The whole team were amazing and professional, especially Alan and Nooli who were our main servers. Alan and Nooli are friendly, attentive and created a special experience for our first afternoon tea ever, thank you so much. We loved the food and was very impressed and full by the end of the tea. Service and the food is incredible and I will definitely be going again.

  The best high tea! Prior to this, my favorite tea was The Peninsula in Beverly Hills, followed by The Peninsula in Chicago. Palm Court at The Langham is beautiful. The wave in the marble bar is breathtaking. The flowers are beautiful. The greeting by the hostesses set the tone. They were friendly and welcoming, not pretentious. They acknowledged the birthday I forgot that I included in the reservation. The pacing of the service set this tea experience apart. We came during the week, so there was no time limit. We were able to luxuriate in each course and take our time. I am not a tea person, so I let my friend have my tea selections. I was pleased with the house champagne being a Saint Laurent Perrier blanc de blanc (£15 upcharge).The £85 service also includes a Pimm’s Champagne Cocktail that was delicious. The scones were the most moist and delicious we have ever had. The jams and clotted butter were delightful. We both enjoyed the cucumber with champagne spread, the chicken salad, smoke salmon, and rare sliced sirloin sandwiches. When the server asked us if we wanted more of any of the sandwiches, we were pleasantly surprised. We were impressed by the server’s suggestions for tea pairings to complement each course. This was an outstanding value and an overall exceptional experience. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please do not be alarmed by hotel guests who will not be dressed appropriately and are there for a hamburger. While I find wearing a baseball hat in this beautiful place to be distasteful, they are clearly entitled or at least take liberties in doing so. The service was exquisite. I am officially a raving fan. I will visit again and offer my highest recommendation. If you are ever in New York, visit Ai Fiori at the Langham Hotel. Amazing restaurant with a tasting menu option. Great wine selection. You can tell a good Italian restaurant when there is a Franciacorta on the wine list. ✅ Excellent drinks at their bar as well.
