  Great afternoon tea, will definitely visit again!The afternoon tea at The Langham’s Palm Court today was amazing. Special thanks to Kyvun for providing such polite and excellent service. His wonderful attitude made our experience perfect, and I can’t wait to bring my friends here again next time!

  We had a wonderful evening at Palm Court at The Langham. The food was excellent, especially the beef fillet and desserts, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. A special thank you to Kyvun, who looked after us throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His service was professional without being intrusive, and he helped make our dining experience memorable. We were dining as a family and felt very well looked after. Great food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. We look forward to returning.

  My first afternoon tea experience and Cristina made is so special from the very beginning. She warmly greeted me at the hostess stand and was so thoughtful in my seating. I have a gluten allergy and was thrilled to learn about their entirely gluten free afternoon tea menu. The pianist was lovely and I would 100% come back for the impeccable service and delightful food.

  The woman who greets guests and assigns tables is extremely unpleasant, rude, and unwelcoming. I have been coming here for years, but after today's experience, I will not be returning.

  Super nice service — attentive, polite, and welcoming, but not at all stiff. The ambiance was lovely, with live piano music. There was a generous selection of sweets, and even an additional chocolate cake. Unfortunately, we couldn’t manage the cake, so they kindly packed it up for us to take away. One minor thing: I found the table a bit too low, but maybe that was just me — or maybe that’s simply how traditional afternoon tea tables are meant to be. ( ˙꒳˙ ) ᵗᵉᵃ ᵗⁱᵐᵉ…♪
