  Food is mid, with some sushi’s being really good while some very bad, spicy salmon tacos were good but the crab ones tasted very poor, staff isn’t the most nice ones and can get rude and weird. Also the ambience is very very mid for the prices they have, I understand that the location is good however the ambience can significantly also be improved

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An absolute delight for our first time trying Japanese fine dining!** As vegetarians who are completely new to this style of cuisine, we weren't entirely sure what to expect, but Nobu Park Lane exceeded all expectations. A massive thank you to our wonderful waitress, **Fai**. She looked after us incredibly well from start to finish, patiently guiding us through the menu and helping us choose some truly delicious vegetarian dishes. Her recommendations were absolutely spot on! If you are vegetarian or feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices, you are in safe hands here. Fantastic food and top-tier service. We had a brilliant time and would love to go back!

  If we could give your staff more than 5 stars, we would. Celeste and Alessandra were absolutely amazing. They were kind enough to keep our baby occupied whilst we ate a couple of dishes and Alessandra even managed to make her fall asleep. They were such rockstars, so kind. We will definitely be coming back, as the food was fantastic, and your staff is phenomena!

  Was visiting London over the weekend and had an amazing experience at Nobu. Started off with the crispy rice with spicy toro which was packed with flavour. Maki rolls were great but the quality of the fish is what stood out for me (salmon sashimi in particular). Black miso cod was some of, if not, the best piece of fish I’ve tasted. So much flavour and melted in your mouth. Lastly, really enjoyed the mochido for dessert! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in London!

  My friend and I visited the Nobu Old Park Lane branch on 30/05/2026 at 9:11 PM with a reservation. Having visited the Portman Square branch numerous times, we expected a similar amazing experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Upon arrival, we were politely greeted and directed upstairs. However, when we approached the hostess desk to confirm our booking, the member of staff simply stared at us without saying anything. After a moment, I informed her that we had a reservation. She sighed and, with what appeared to be a look of annoyance or disgust, responded only with, "Name?" There was no greeting, no welcome and no attempt at basic customer engagement. She then took us to our table, pushed the chair forward without saying a word and immediately walked away. The entire interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made this experience particularly disappointing is that we had previously encountered poor service at this branch last year. At the time, management apologised and we decided to give the restaurant another opportunity. Especially as it was more convenient for us than travelling to our usual branch. Unfortunately, the service we received on this visit suggests that little has changed. Our experiences at the Portman Square branch have always been outstanding. The staff there are consistently warm, attentive, welcoming and professional. Absolutely top tier. I wanted to bring this to your attention as the difference in service standards between the two branches is significant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the guest experience at Old Park Lane.
